Being superhuman isn’t a gift.
It’s a discipline.
This common pattern across all superhumans can be broken down into 4 steps.
1. Silence
2. Emotional Expansion
3. Receiving & Decoding
4. Mystical Union
7 practices
The foundation of it all; learn to disconnect from the monkey mind and tap into the dormant energy potential of your body, turning the mind-body machine into a factory of energy to the point of creating your light body.
1. The Body is an Energy Factory
2. Channeling Body Circuits
3. Shine Your Light
9 practices
Keep your light shining. Whenever you will feel lost or disrupted, bring your mind back into the center, so your light remains bright, and your energy stays strong.
1. Awakening the Gut-Brain
2. The Fire of Desire
3. The Rhythm of Breath
4. Develop & Practice for Power
14 practices
Unify the hardware and software; the mind, body, emotions, and desires — all in service of disengaging from the competing voices within. With laser-like focus, in sync with heart and universe, you will move beyond your physical body, to reach what the Buddha called 'enlightenment.'
1. A Loop Between Mind & Heart
2. The 'Mystical Kiss'

There is so much spiritual marketing out there, so many money making gurus and so little substance. Happy to find somebody with a deeper knowledge and more advanced tools. Good work!

The breath practices with David are fabulous. First I used them for myself, and now in my practice as hypnotherapist for my clients.

Deeply appreciate the effort, after years of practice and research I found something that works better than I have ever dreamed of.
As a clinical psychologist, I value meditation, self control, and development a lot.
I really enjoyed the practical guidance of David Verdesi. I've never had such a profound experience on the first try. David guided the whole process and explained the effect every step of the way. Thank you!
With respect,

It all started with one of the strangest phone calls Qi Gong master Lee Holden had ever received.
A film director asked him, “Do you know anyone with real superhuman abilities? Energy transfers, psychic phenomena—stuff you wouldn’t believe.”
Only one name came to mind: David Verdesi.
Lee and David had met in their 20s while studying under the legendary Master Mantak Chia in Thailand. Even in that elite circle, David stood out. Students would strike him with baseball bats, try to bend swords against his throat—none of it worked. His body defied logic.

Raised in Rome by his grandmother—a WWII sniper who skied and shot Nazis—David was anything but ordinary. While other kids played with Transformers, he practiced Judo, threw knives, and trained with a crossbow.
He wasn’t trying to be tough. He was chasing something deeper: power.
At age 11, David was while dancing in the rain in the Aps, in pure trance. There he experienced something that changed everything—pure, electrical energy coursing through his body.
And then he passed out.
When his grandmother eventually found him and touched his body, she got shocked.
She was fine. She thought it was just static electricity or a leftover charge. But David had touched Qi. And from that moment, he had to master it.
There was just one problem: he was eleven, living in Rome. Asia and its masters felt galaxies away.
But David didn’t wait for the path to open. He made one.
Armed with the Yellow Pages, he visited every Chinese restaurant in the city. One by one. Spring rolls, fried rice, and the same question:
“Do you know anyone who understands Qi?”
Eventually, it paid off. A waitress said yes—and called a chef from the kitchen.
David described the power he’d felt. The chef listened, then simply said,
“Hold out your hand.”
The moment he touched David, a powerful shock surged through his body. One that he would become very familiar with over the years.
David's only response: “When can we start?”
The chef replied that he'll be in Taiwan training with masters in a few months and for David to meet him there.
David did just that—and never looked back.
From Taiwan to Indonesia, from Himalayan caves to Taoist temples, David trained under over 120 masters across Asia and beyond.
David could do things no one else could. He became what most would call "superhuman".
David sending the same powerful thunder path transmissions that he received at age 11 to others.
But something wasn’t right.
Despite all the power, something was missing. He kept chasing greater feats, deeper highs. Until one night, during a party, he attempted yet another demonstration—exhausted and overstretched. It went wrong. A knife slipped and drove into his neck.
He almost died. Not just physically—but spiritually.
David had assumed that becoming extraordinary would bring awakening.
But it didn’t.
It was a power trip, a childhood obsession. Not a path to truth.
And in that moment of collapse, David saw something clearly:
Even among the masters, many were emotionally wounded, spiritually fragmented, or deeply attached to money and fame.
So he didn’t abandon everything he’d learned—he refined it.

After decades of study, David saw what almost no one else could. Beneath every tradition, every culture, every miraculous feat, there were a few common principles. As David says:
“Doesn't matter which historical period, which anthropology, which tradition. By interviewing hundreds of them and living with them and training with them, there were universal principles that each one shared"
He realized that techniques are just vehicles—they vary by person, culture, and life stage.
The real transformation happens when you understand the principles beneath the techniques, and work with clear protocols designed to build not just altered states, but awakened traits.
David redefined his mission: not to chase highs or perform miracles, but to use the deep patterns behind superhuman abilities as a path toward real, lasting transformation.

He began to map this individuation process—a journey that includes the subconscious, the nervous system, the emotions, the body, and the way we relate. A path that awakens clarity, resilience, presence, and the capacity to love.
Today, David guides others not toward spectacle, but toward integration.
The Superhuman Experience isn’t about chasing phenomena.
It’s about unlocking your full human capacity—integrating the mystical and the mundane, the shadow and the light, into a complete, embodied self.
This isn’t about doing the impossible.
It’s about becoming more fully you than you’ve ever imagined.
